Cutting

At Alfast we also offer cutting and rewinding of both foil and tape. As most foil- and tape rolls are only delivered in standard widths, it is often necessary to cut out the product. With our advanced machines we perform cutting jobs down to a width of 2mm in most materials. Our machines have a digitally controlled precision of 0,1mm by which we ensure a precise result.

With several years in the business we have acquired the competencies to solve any job within carving. This also applies to advanced requests. Please contact us if you have a specific job within cutting or rewinding.

Rewinding

Just like the rolls are often delivered in standard widths, they are also typically delivered in standard lengths. At Alfast we therefore offer rewinding of rolls, so they match your specifications. We rewind the rolls to new rolls with fewer metres, so our deliveries meet with your specifications. With our advanced cutting machines, we have the capacity to both cut and rewind at the same time. At Alfast you get an overall solution always customised to your needs.

Lamination

In addition to cutting and rewinding we also offer lamination of different materials. Through lamination we can combine different products to one end product or ensure double protection of your product.
