At Alfast we also offer rotary converting, where the knives unlike flatbed converting are incorporated. Rotary converting describes an adjusted cylinder, which in lanes rotates above the material and cuts through the requested shape. We ensure a customised solution adjusted to your demands and specifications. Do you have a specific project, we have the skills to solve it for you. Does your company need to get jobs done in larger stocks, our machines for rotary converting are the most advantageous solution. In case of smaller stocks, we instead recommend flatbed converting. With advanced precision technology we perform rotary converting of a long range of materials – always done with your specifications in mind. With the use of edge operation, we at the same time ensure an optimal adjustment of the product chosen in both lamination and stamping. All subjects are delivered in rolls of either 3” or 6” cores.

Handling of materials happens by exhaustion with an air pressure system, mechanical ejection by air or vacuum or an automatised extraction device. These three technologies safeguard a continued release of the knives with small die cuts in even the sturdiest materials.
